The Taiwanese distributor of Fenix Outdoor has completed a new share issue, through which Fenix Outdoor has acquired an ownership of 70%. The company mainly sells products from Fjällräven.

The acquisition will have no material impact on the sales or net result of Fenix Outdoor Group, but is representing the further work of controlling its Asian distribution.
